How To Treat Itchy Nodule On The Skin Of Scrotum?

Sir, I have a nodule (lump) on the skin of scrotal. It itches me and gives out gel even if I maintain clean, but no pain. This nodule is not on the testicles or dick, and can say that it is NOT connected with testicles or any inner part. It is only on the skin. But I don t know how to solve my problem. I fear of surgery. Is there any medicine in form of tablets? Please guide me. Regards

hello
you didn't mention the size of this nodule , if its increasing in size , then u have to visit a general surgeon as soon as possible . if it has got a small pit in top of it then its probably sebaceous cyst which can be only treated by surgery which is absolutely painless so no worry about it. you didnt mention any fever , if u get fever then start a course of antibiotics of seven days and for itching take antiallergic tablets like tab fexet d for 5 days. thanks
