The following things needs to be done to overcome most of your problems. 1. Lifestyle changes by weight loss through a low-calorie diet combined with moderate exercise. 2. Regulation of menstrual cycle by use of estrogen and progestin combined birth control pills. 3. Regulation of ovulation and menstrual cycle by taking oral hypoglycemic drug metformin. 4. Induction of ovulation by administration of clomiphene, if necessary. 5.
