How To Treat Irregular Periods After Childbirth?

Hello,
I am having a severe problem with not having a period. I was normal and then I had my baby in May. I had normal cycles and then got on birth control. And after I quit taking my birth control in November I still have no period and pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. I am in a panic because I feel I need to have a period
