How To Treat Inconsistent BP During 39 Weeks Pregnancy?

Just been to hospital I am 39 wks pregnant . I was admitted for observation for 24 hrs blood pressure was a little inconsistant but not high knew I had a temp but machine said ok and pelvic bone pain. Urine and bloods came back great. This morn in hospital different doc took temp with different themom they use for babies temp up to 37.5 and urine shows a possible infect, there was mention of a tiny bit of protein but they need to wait for results. I had a bad headache for 24 hrs what could it be

Following is my reply:

1) This condition is called preeclampsia. It needs to be treated with antihypertensive medicines.

2) Since you are already 39 weeks it is better to terminate pregnancy soon to prevent progression to eclampsia.
