How To Treat Head Injury?
im pretty sure i was slipped something at work eight days ago where i seriously took a blow to the head idk every i hit exactly i don't vaguely remember the first few hours after awaking from a night i can't remember either...anyway i hear i, was fine the next i went head first.. anyhow its still a knot and bruised

If this was the head injury then this is rule that this need to be kept under observation for 36 hours to 72 hours because anything could happened during this time period, if you do not have any major or serious symptoms related with, central nervous system then this is nothing to worry, and if yes then you need to get done the CT brain scan, hope this information helps.
