A couple years ago I fainted w/o cause and hit my head. I had catscans, mri's and sleep deprivation tests and all came back normal. Every now and then I have moments where I feel like I am going to faint. I am a diabetic and usually my sugar is ok but what do you think this might be?
I don't think it has any relation with hitting your head. Regarding the fainting episodes, there could be many causes to be excluded one by one, but I think a cardiac evualuation would be more appropriate to start with to search for heart issues or orthostatic hypotension (hypotension when standing up, common in diabetics).
