My brother is 52 yrs old and had massive heart attack in 2013. He has suddenly started having attacks , he becomes chilled, then he starts to shake uncontrollably and becomes nauseous. He can talk with us but cannot move. This last usually 10-15 minutes today it lasted 56 minutes.

Care After Heart Attack. 1. Avoid sudden exertion. e.g. climbing stairs in haste, moving furniture in house etc 2. Graded exercises in the form of walking is advised within limits of tolerance. 3. Fat free diet. Use sunflower oil and anti oxidants. 4. Keep sublingual tablet (sorbitrate) always at hand. 5. Strict control of Hypertension, Diabetes, and Hyperlipidemia, if present anf avoidance of known risk factors like smoking, obesity, mental stress. 6. Use of Uniwarfin as anti coagulant, only if advised by a Cardiologist, under strict control of PT.
