How To Treat Foul Smelling Odour From Vagina?

I have an odor coming from my vagina that has been going on for about 3 weeks. I don't have any other symptoms (itching, abnormal discharge, etc). It started as a sweet sort of smell. I've been on my period for a week and it's just now ending. I didn't notice the smell during my period but now that it's almost over, it's back. And more foul smelling. What could this be?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bacterial vaginosis. Fishy like smell is usually characteristic for this.For my patients with such condition i treat with combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
