How To Treat Fissure?
hai iam age of 31yrs now iam staying in germany i had aproblem of fissure 3 times surgery has done for this problem still the pain was continue iam using sucral ano ointment please can you suggest any another best medicine for this problem daily twice iam taking detol swiss bath tub also

Don't take the Dettol bath tub.
• Use Lignocaine gel or GTN ointment for local use.
• If fever and discharge, take tabs Ciproxin and tab Flagyl.
• Avoid constipation take high fiber diet and fluids.
• Warm sitz bath.
Don't use Dettol.
