How To Treat Fibroids?

Hello Doctors,

I had ultrasound done and report came out that the uterus measures 9.0 x 4.9 x 6.9 cm with a 6mm endometrial strip. There are at least 5 fibroids measuring between 1.3 and 4 cm. Bothe ovaries are normal in size with small follicles seen bilaterally. No sold adnexal masses are seen and not free fluid is noted. Note: I did have 1 fibroids remove about 10 yrs ago. Do these fibroids grown and how to stop it? Thank you doctor

I am now is 45 yrs, no child and active much in sex.

In my opinion you should consult gynecologist for this. Fibroids can be asymptomatic or gives symptoms like lower abdominal pain, irregular menses, menorrhagia etc. So if you are symptomatic surgery is the only option. In my opinion since you are having multiple fibroids you should under go surgery for removal.
