Hello,

It's really problematic to experience such pain. Unfortunately we cannot use very strong pain killers in pregnancy. You can take paracetamol tablet and drotaverine. However, such pain are common. You have to go to the emergency ONLY if the pain becomes severe and does not subside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta
