How To Treat Excessive Sweating And Fatigue When Diagnosed With Underactive Thyroid?

Hi I have been experiencing excessive sweating for a long time along with fatigue, dry itchy skin and generally feeling unwell. 2 months ago I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and was prescribed a low dose of Levothyroxine. My level is now 1.7 and my GP is happy with this but I m not feeling much better. Can you help please?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
if you are taking synthyroid medication, this is fine, but please make sure ask your GP to check your TSH and you are getting good sleep because people with hypothyroidism may suffer from depression due to hormonal imbalances and in this way these patient may feel anxiety, sweating and fatigue.
Get plenty of omega3 fats as this is good for re storage of thyroid function.
Try to resolve your emotional stress as well.
