How To Treat Ear Imbalance?

hi I am a barodian, from India , I had a problem of Ear imbalance, doctor says your ear balance had disturbed, so while you get up after sleep I do get problem of an instant balancing my self and whole day there is some problem of getting balanced.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ear imbalance which seems to be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction/ear canal dermatitis/ sinusitis. I would suggest you to take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should put otogesic ear drops in ear. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin for 5 days. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get otoscopic examination and paranasal sinus x-ray done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should get audimetery testing done as well. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
