IT MAY ACTUALLY BE DUE TO ACUTE EFFECTS OF NICOTINE WHICH ARE OFTEN NOT EXPERIENCED BY REGULAR SMOKERS DUE TO DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL DEPENDENCE (OR ADDICTION). THE GOOD FEELING DAT U HAVE IS ALSO DUE THE SAME NEUROCHEMICAL WHICH AFFECTS THE PLEASURE CENTRES OF THE BRAIN. THIS DIZZINESS WOULD NOT BE THERE IF , IDEALLY SPEAKING, YOU QUIT SMOKING. BESIDES BECOMING ADDICTED IS NOT QUITE A GOOD OPTION.
