OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Diarrhoea in pregnancy can lead to decreased fluid around the foetus and decreased glucose supply to the foetus.
It should be treated immediately as in patient. I would suggest your wife to consult an OBGYN specialist and get admitted and treated.
In the meantime, you can give oral rehydration solution to your wife to compensate for the fluid and electrolyte loss from diarrhoea.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
