How To Treat Dandruff, Hair Fall And Pimples On Scalp?
Hi doctor, I m facing scalp problems from past 2 year,, I had small scalp pimples once I went to temple and got my head shaved later my scalp had lot of pimples, now the pimples have become bigger,,, now I have dandruff, hair fall, scalp itching,,, I got consulted by 3 doctors but my problems are not solved, please help me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
After reading your post, it appears that you are having a mixed infection of fungus and bacteria.
Apply shampoo and take bath containing the following ingredients: coal tar, ketoconazole, salicylic acid, selenium and zinc sulphate. Continue this every alternate day for 3 weeks. Then you can apply once a week or once in fortnight, depending on the response.
Your symptoms should get reduced soon in a week to ten days time.
