i have constipation but from last 8 days i pass stool daily but it was very lumpy and hard. And i can;t open my anal .
i have L5 spine problem as well . and last to last friday i getting pain in my left Hip and i felt sweeling on my buttocks and vagina. Plz tell me wats wrong.

I am not sure if all of this may be related to one problem or not, it is possible that separate things could be going on, but i would worry about cord compression, and perhaps get imaging done of my back along with pelvis, given that you seem to have swelling down there.
