How To Treat Back Pain Due To Polio?

Hi doctor i like to take care of my hubby(going to get married in next 3 month time). He is affected by polio. to my knowledge he always suffers from back pain. how can i take care of him i want him to be free of that pain. what kind of healthy diet ???

Polio causes lot of asymmetry in the muscles and bones. Might the cause of pain.
Please consult orthopedic surgeon . He will manage the case accordingly .
