Hello,

I can understand your concern for the pimples.

It is quite common in youth period to get pimple on face. You have not told us your age and gender along with marital status so that I could have helped better.

Reviewing your treatment I can make out that you had been given minocycline and doxycycline antibiotics. These are quite good medicines under dermatological control and guidance.

Now for the part of isotretinoin - it is a vitamin A ester and if ant to start then must see the various things to be avoided before it. You must consult all the do's and dont's with your treating doctor.

Doxyclycine needs to be stopped before starting isotretinoin.

All the best.
