How To Treat A Tiny Hole On The Frenulum Of The Penis?

Great one this... I have a tiny (1mm width) hole where my frenulum attaches to the glans of my penis. No infections to date. It is impossible to clean, and traps a lot of smegma, I noticed it about 3months ago, but in retrospect it may have been there a lot longer (I can remember a small round nugget of smegma being ejected some time ago). The problem I have is that it is trapping smegma and causing a bad smell. Any suggestions for cleaning and how to promote healing would be greatly appreciated, i've tried squeezing whilst showering and dry, and holding the foreskin closed whilst urinating in an attempt to 'wash' it out. 26yo uncircumcised male.

HI
Well come to HCM
Chances of hypospadias need to be ruled out and this is the condition then this need to be ruled out with the clinical condition if this is so then surgery is the only option you have otherwise this can be managed with Povidone ointment to be applied on affected part, hope this helps.
