How To Treat A Spot On The Pancreas?

MY SISTER WAS JUST RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL. THE DOCTORS THERE SAID THEY FOUND A SPOT ON HER PANCREAS. THEY SAID BECAUSE OF THE SPOTS LOCATION IT WAS TO RISKY TO REMOVE. SHE IS STILL IN PAIN. THE DOCTORS STILL DO NOT HAVE A DIAGNOSIS. SHE HAS A FEVER AND HER ANKELS ARE SWELLING. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
Your sister seems to suffer from-Ca Pancrease with Fever from obstructive cholangitis -The swelling on her ankles is a grave sign of mass compressing IVC behind.Your sister seems to have stage 4 -advanced cancer.
You need to be concerned,about it.
So you need to Consult GI onco- Surgeon,to avoid further complications.
Do's suggested
Get ERCP and Stent to relieve Cholangitis and jaundice-to reduce fever.
Get Chemo-radiation-to get the IVC compression relieved.
With good response-decompressing and debulking Surgery could be planned in few cases.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
