Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Cytomegalovirus is a kind of herpesvirus.
Some are sexually transmitted diseases.

If you have CMV during pregnancy, you have a 33 percent risk of passing it to your baby.
CMV is the most common virus passed from mothers to babies during pregnancy.
Most babies born with CMV don’t have health problems caused by the virus.
But CMV can cause problems for some babies, including microcephaly.
You also can pass CMV to your baby during labor and birth and during breastfeeding

If your blood test is positive for CMV, you can test your baby for the virus using amniocentesis (also called amnio).
ultrasound to check for physical signs that your baby is infected.

Prevention and treatment
wash your hands well after being in contact with their body fluids.
Don’t kiss young children on the mouth or cheek.
Don’t share food, glasses, cups, forks or other utensils with young children or with anyone who may have CMV.
use a latex condom during sex.

Cytomegalovirus Immune Globulin Intravenous is an immunoglobulin containing a standardized number of antibodies to cytomegalovirus help in preventing complication.
Drug:
Ganciclovir and Valganciclovir is an antiviral drug that is also effective and is given orally.

If baby is damaged you can aborted as a medical reason after consult the fetus specialist.

Best regards
