my son takes methotrexate he is 12 takes it for chrones disease...he was taking 15mg per week for two years his white count keeps dropping he is now taking 7.5 mg white count keeps dropping . His grades ared dropping in school he seems to have trouble concentrating could the two be related?

History of taking medicine and dropping a grade in school is not related but the reason of dropping the grade is not the medical issue neither it is related with the disease the patient have and the medicine patient taking.
