How To Treat 13mm Calcium Oxalate Stone In Kidney?

I have a 13mm calcium oxalate stone in my kidney. I am getting treatment through a doc who suggested shock wave. I am also drinking soaked fenugreek seeds and I am also on Quantum Touch therapy (energy feild) which one of all will help me most to dissolve and get rid of the stone, as I prefer not to go for surgery, shockwave or any other thank you
