Brief Answer:
You have a small kidney stone on the right.

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

I have seen the ultrasound and urinalysis results that you have provided.

As the ultrasound of the kidneys shows you have a small kidney stone in the right kidney. It is very small and it can usually be dissolved with potassium citrate three times a day.

I believe this stone is the reason why you have blood in the urine microscopically.

You'll have to drink plenty of water around 2-3 liters per day and follow a low oxalate diet.

I hope I have been able to answer your question satisfactorily and please consider a 5 Star rating for my answer. Thank you very much.

Brief Answer:
No need for cystoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
In my opinion there is no need for cystoscopy. You just need treatment for your small kidney stone for medical dissolution.
