Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood the concern. This is definitely not normal. Even though the sonogram has been reported to be normal, you should also have a complete hormone profile done along with thyroid profile to look for hormone causes. A general examination must be done to exclude causes like infections, anemia etc. Routine blood counts and urinalysis are a must. Coagulation profile may also be needed. To arrest the bleeding, you need styptics and hormones. Please maintain proper nutrition, healthy weight and take supplements to make up for the blood loss. see your specialist for further help. Take care.
