How To Stabilize ALT Which Is 60,passing Of Green Stool And Tiredness?

Recently dx d with g6pd after becoming sob, anemic requiring transfusion. All labs were abnormal. Lft s abnormal with alk phos 184. Alk phos has been elevated x several mos but also have RA. Labs last month had returned to normal. Rechecked yesterday, everything normal except Alt is 60 and alk phos is still 148. Also having green stools but eat cereal with some green coloring. Am feeling a little tired this week but hgb has returned to normal at 13.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Need to look into your diet. Green stools is not due to liver disorder or diarrhea, and is related to diet.
2. Increase food intake with nutritional diet.
3. ALT of 60 is not worrisome, indicating mild inflammation. Avoid any hepatotoxic drugs, alcohol, etc.
4. 13 g% is good haemoglobin. Try to remain active, you will improve.
