How To Relieve Pain Following Shoulder Dislocation?

Sir, during jogging time i fell down and my left shoulder dislocated. I got treatment from a hospital. now i finished 28 days. My left shoulder joint is still paining and i am not able to move properly my hand. I want know i need any further treatment or i need some excercise, kindly advise Sharafudeen Riyadh

Hello,

You may get it done MRI of joint to rule out any rotator cuff injury or cartilage injury. Take arm rest, use tablet Tramadol with paracetamol for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
