Dear Doctor, I am 22 years old and I am married since 9 months . my menstrual cycle has always been irregular. I was detected with PCOD and was put on Diane35 . for 2 months. after i stopped eating Diane 35 and waited for my next natural cycle. i didn t chum for 3 months. I was dn given primolut. It has been 3 months that I am eating primolut. The doctor i consulted said you need to plan a baby as soon as possible, but i am not ready for it for a year. Can you suggest something which will help me get my periods regular and also avoid complications for pregnancy after a year. will be awaiting your reply.
