welcome to hcm, weight reduction is not a easy task as they say in advertisements. it is a combination of 1.reduction of intake of oily and fatty foods and avoiding snacks n between meals for ever in your life 2. regular and daily anerobic exercises (sternous) 3. engaging yourself in some sports and cycling, swimming, jogging, running, regularly. 4. checking your cholestrol levels like total cholestrol, LDLHDL VLDL and if it is increased taking drugs for controlling it. hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
