How To Reduce Swelling?

hello, about a 1/2 hour ago my boyfriend used Magic Shave on his goatee. now he is experiencing swelling around that area. any suggestions on how to reduce the swelling?

thanks for the query
you can apply ice packs to that area at regular interval so that swelling will subside
you can also apply local calamine lotion to that area if burning sensation is there
if there is a breach in skin then it can get infected. wear cotton loose garment so that it will come in contact with air
if any signs of infection appears like pus formation consult the doctor
take care
