How to reduce sweat pores size to normal size ?

hi, I have applied garlic on my cheeks around 5 months back.Now iam applyinf ban-a-tan and momate cream for skin colour lightning in that area.It is getting lighter.Will it permanatly bring my skin to normal colour.But many large sweat pores in that area. How to reduce sweat pores size to normal size?Is there any cream for the sweat pores to comes to normal?

Do face wash 3-4 time a day with face wash lotion.
Apply retino cream daily.
Take vit A,D and E,
Take more green veggies.
Take plenty of water.

here are few tips you can do ;
1.morning:apply pudina paste on swet pores to minimise them daily for 5 minutes.
2.carrot 150 gm,tomato(deseeded) 100 gm,beet root 50 gm,one piece of amla...make a juice of all drink this empty stomach for 20 days only.your face will be charming.
3.aapply vitamin e only on face.
sorry i dont have any idea abut the results of momate cream,,but yes mederma cream has gud results....and these remedies can do a miracle...!!!
drink a plenty of water.
