General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear , when inspite of different investigations no cause is known for stomach pain then it is called functional pain. The most common cause of functional pain is stress and anxiety and taking on and off pain killers.
I would suggest that avoid stress and anxiety.Start doing exercise and yoga daily.Avoid spicy and fried things.Have your meals divided in total 6 small meals in whole day.Take plenty of fruit and vegetable salads.
In the last ,if you have not got upper GIT endoscopy done ,then get done it once to rule out gastric ulcer and follow accordingly.
