How To Reduce Pain In Hand?

2 weeks ago, I fell and caught myself with my right hand. There was a little pain but nothing significant. for about ten days it felt the same but got progresively worse for the last 4 days. Yesterday, I had trouble opening a jar. Today, I m having pain with certain movements particularly writing and keyboarding and using the mouse. What should I do, I do not have insurance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello my friend
Thanks for your question on HCM

The causes of your problem may be:
1. Dislocations, Hand
2. Fractures, Hand
3. Hand Infections
4. Hand Injury, High Pressure

Im sorry to say,but you have to go at the hospital and make:
1.Ultrasonography,it has a growing role in locating foreign bodies and in evaluating soft tissues
2.Radiography is indicated in dislocation of a DIP joint to rule out fracture
3.Or to rule out an infection by physical examination

Hope your problem will be resolved
Best regards
