How To Reduce Fat And Increase Muscle Mass? What Supplements To Take?

I regularly go to gym.6 days a week from 2 years.my weight is 74 kg,height 172cm, chest 39inches, upper arm 13inches, forearm 11inches, waist 35.5inches, hips 38.5inches, thighs 21.5inches, calves 14inches,fat 23.5%. i want to reduce fat n increase muscle mass.which suppliment will be best for me? & tell me doses also?

To reduce the fat and to increase the muscle mass, the main thing is to avoid having oily and carbohydrate rich foods. Do increase your intake of proteins and formulate a regular muscle strengthening regimen for yourself after consulting a physical therapist.
