How To Reduce Bleeding/swelling From Nose And Lump On Cheekbone?

hi, i got punched in the face about an hour ago and i have a huge lump on my cheekbone and its blue purple and what not and the upper part of my nose is also swollen and hurts a lot, what should i do to stop the bleeding and reduce the size of both lumps and should i see a doctor?

hello, thanks for ur query, injury over face followed by swelling over cheek, bleeding per nose, suggests heamosinus with injury to internal nose. it's better to visit Ent surgeon for d depth of injury.in my opinion u can start xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 times/1 week. all d best. take care.
