How To Recover From Insomnia As Medications Are Not Helping?

I have insomnia very bad and work every day which it difficult because I am exhausted. What do you recommend? I have tried many different medications and none are helping. It is 2am and I have to be at work at 7 am, I really need something that will work. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Thanks for using healthcare magic.
It was better if you could name the drugs that you already taken.
Most probably you have taken one or two benzodiazepines before writing to us. If you have not taken any Z (drug that start with letter Z)drug than it will better to use 10mg of zolpidem.

Once you get acute relief it is better to seek medical help to know the cause of your insomnia. With proper evaluation and treatment you can avoid many more complications that are likely to occur following insomnia.
