My nervous system is not working properly. Please suggest what should I do now. Please suggest any medicine for that. I would also like to say that Never drink daily. I lost everything.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi dear,
chronic smoking leads to deficiency of particular vitamin named thymine and your neural system is affected may be because of thymine deficiency.
so start taking thymine preparation regularly.
also due to chronic smoking your liver may be affected so take light diet not heavy like mutton fish etc which is hard to digest.
also do USG of abdomen to know the extent of injury.
consult psychiatrist if any withdrawal features or craving is there.
also start doing exercise and also taking fruits and other.
Thank you
