How To Quit Smoking And Chewing Of Pan Masala?

HI! My name is Rahul And my age is 30 Years and I have a bad habbit of Smoking as well as Chewing Pan Masala I literally want to quit but not able to, As I have controlled and reduces the Numbers of Ciggrates in day and Pan Masala but now I want to quit completely. And because of that I am not able to open my full mouth also. Please suggest any medicines and Dr. I am allergic to Sulphur

Hi Rahul,

Since you are finding it difficult to quit smoking and chewing tobacco, you may consider the option of taking medicines to reduce craving for tobacco. Bupropion and varenicline are two options but bupropion will be cheaper and easily available. Discuss both options with your doctor and start one of these. Quit a few days after starting the medicine and then continue the medicine for at least three months.
