How To Prevent Spreading Of TB ?

hello doctor, iam suffering from tb i had operation of pericardial centisis before 3 months and using tb drugs but tb is spreading from one place to other now it affected to lungs and ascites,my age is 18 and weight 37 my question is how to stop tb spreading to other parts

In my opinion you are having disseminated tb. Which mesns tb of more than 1 organ at a time. For this you should first consult pulmonologist. Many times anti tb drugs are not given properly. Combitions are faulty, dosages are not according to weight, many drug interactions, anti tb drugs are givdn in split doses, all these makes anti tb drug less effective. So proper combination according to weight with all drug at a time is needed. So consult pulmonologist and discuss this things with him.
