How To Prevent Miscarriage During Pregnancy?

Hi my name is kiera long and i am 19 i am on my 3rd pregnancy i am currently 5 weeks and i had 2 miscarriages before, i was told that i have a possible septate uterus and that this may have caused my previous miscarriages, what can i do to prevent this pregnancy from ending so early

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the uterine anamolies like septate uterus is one of the causes for frequent miscarriages.It needs to be examined through hysterescope and resection of septum is done.But this needs to be done before the conception.As you are 5 weeks now it cant be done now.Sometimes pregnancy might continue normally.Take good rest.And avoid physical strain.
