I AM A HOUSE WIFE , MY PROBLEM IS I DONT WANT CHILD NOW, BUT THIS MONTH PREIOD NOT START. AND THIS MOTH WE HAVING SEX TOO MUCH SO I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO ABOUSE IT. HAVE ANY TABLET TO START THE MINATRATION . COZ I ALREADY TEST WITH PREGA NEWS AND ITS POSITIVE.

I have gone through your query and have understood your concern.

The first step is to diagnose the pregnancy. How many days have passed since you have missed your period? 8-10 days after you have missed your period, get your urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography performed to diagnose the pregnancy.

If you are pregnant, you can terminate the pregnancy by the use of medicines. Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol can safely terminate the pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation.

However, these medicines are to be taken only by Obstetrician's advice and under supervision lest the risk of incomplete abortion, failure or heavy bleeding.

If you are not pregnant, oestrogen and progesterone tablets can get you withdrawal bleeding.

If you do not have any plans to have a child soon, after the current problem is sorted out, please start the contraceptive methods like birth control pills, condom or intrauterine device regularly.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
First you have to confirm the pregnancy by Blood HCG &intrauterine pregnancy by USG,
Bcz its only abort in intrauterine, otherwise u can go for surgical method.
Better to consult the gynecologist for abortion to prevent complication of it.
You can used gynecologist prescribed mifeprex abortion kit.

Kit contain five tablet-
One tablet of Mifepristone 600 mg (One tablet) take orally after meal

After 24 hr of oral tablet, put four tablet of misoprostol in to vagina under the supervision of gynecologist
With in 1-2 hours of punting tablet in to vagina , bleeding will come out and that is conception product/embryo.
If withdrawal bleeding will not come , double dose may be needed in some case 

Slight Bleeding and abdominal cramp may continue for 4-6 days.

After using kit take following advice:
Proper rest
Tablet meftal spas
Healthy diet


If you are not pregnant, withdrawal bleeding can be induced by medroxyprogesterone.
