Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

After study of your query it appears as you are most likely suffering from allergic rhinitis. Here the variation of temperature and humidity is most likely the allergen.

To manage this you are advice for-

1- Use scarf and cap to protect head from cold and it will be better to cover the nostril also .

2- Make a habit for steam inhalation.

3- Take anti-histaminic tab.

4- Steroidal nasal spray.

I hope this will help you.

Regards.
