I am suffering from anal fissure. Its 2 months back when hard stool caused me such problem. i m also having problem of constipation. my doctor prescribed me following medicine... 1.Anobliss 2.Tab Smiclox DC 3.Creamaffin Syrup 4. Corisoma Copound... but I used following medicine for 3 weeks. After that I am using home treatement. When my stool is soft I have no problem at all but when stool get harder again i feel burning sensation. Please advice for better cure...

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may need to use a stool softener for at least another 1 to 2 weeks until the fissure heals completely.

In addition, you need to increase the fiber content of your diet so that it becomes easier to stool.
This means using at least 5 serving of fruits and/or vegetables a day. They would be used with both your 3 main meals and your snacks.

Fiber content can also be increased with the use of whole wheat products.
Using sufficient water (at least 8 glasses) would also be important.
