Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The bleeding which you get after stopping the pills after taking for 21 days at a stretch is withdrawal bleeding.
If there are no blood clots, then its unlikely to be of concern.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
