How To Maintain TSH Levels Naturally?

hi i have been diagnosed with tsh level 6 since i was getting my periods late by 17- 20 days ....docte has recommended me medicines. i want to know that if i have to take these medicines through out life or after i got it normal i can stop it ...? please some changes so that i can maintain my tsh level normal naturally..

By following these methods one can bring their raised tsh to normal
1.sleeping before 10 pm waking by 5.30 am
2.not much working with mobile, laptop and other electronic gadgets
3. A big no to the outside food, junk food , fizzy drinks , alcohol
4.regular exercises preferably early morning excercise
5.cutting salt
6.early dinner by 7 pm
7.practising pranyama
8 balanced diet
9.stress free keepi g onself happy and content

Hello
Your TSH level is slightly elevated , it is 6 ( normal 0-5 -4-7 mU/L).
Assuming that T3 & T4 are normal , so this state is known as SUBCLINICAL HYPOTHYROIDISM .
Question :If life long

Yes you can stop once this level comes within normal range and remain stable for 6 months .
But it is not necessary that you require any treatment because it depend on may conditions.
This is a detail procedure so just consult and endocrinologist and get his opinion.
Inadequate LT 4 replacement in primary with primary hypothyroidism.
Recovery from of thyroiditis .
Circulating TSH with inhibited TSH function aslo raises its level .
So an expert opinion will suit you.
