How To Loose Weight When Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

I suffer from hypothyroidism and have a difficult time losing weight. I have tried everything to lose the extra pounds I am now drinking shakes that has 160 calories I drink one for breakfast and one for lunch and at night I eat baked fish broccoli and a salad. I also drink 64 oz of water per day and exercise twice a week. but without success. I can t seen to lose an ounce. I have no idea what else to try.

Hypothyroidism is a condition where the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones. The weight gain associated worth hypothyroidism is troublesome, and, as long as the hypothyroidism remains untreated, weight loss will be difficult.
Choose healthy foods that are full of healthy calories. Lean protein, low fat dairy and whole grain carbohydrates are all good choices.
Do more physical activity,exercise.
Take synthetic thyroid medication regularly, as your doctor prescribed it.
Be patient, its challenging but not impossible.
