According to the reports your uterus is normal in size and there are two fibroids in the anterior and posterior submucous region measuring 27 X 32 mm and 43 X 35mm respectively.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus. If it is causing problem then surgical treatment(myomectomy)can be done.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc. Rest of the findings are normal. You should consult your gynecologist. Hope i have answered your query.
