I have RA, recently had blood work and recv d results that are a concern! Absolute Lymphocytes 1.7 Monocytes 6.9 Absolute Monocytes 0.3P Absolute Neutrophils 1.8 Basophils 0.3 Eosinophils4.3

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood work up shows differential blood counts.
The differential counts of all total white counts is within normal limits.
In Rheumatoid arthritis, anemia is the predominant hematological finding.
The differential counts is not usually affected in case of rhematoid arthritis.
You need to get a complethemogram done.
