OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Withdrawal bleeding usually ensues 3-7 days after completion of treatment with hormones for inducing a menstrual period. If no period is seen even after ten days, further investigation is necessary. This includes estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres, trans-vaginal sonogram and if pregnancy is negative, complete hormone profile to check for the possibility of hormone imbalances and plan further management. Please maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet. Take care.
